This wet end is used with a 4 HP, 56Y frame, thru bolt style motor. The motor used may be either a single speed or a two speed. The inlet and outlet are standard 2" buttress threads. Arrived on time as promised. I was able to install it easily on my Jeep Cherokee with 3.2L engine. Good instructions and the part seems to be of good quality. Four Stars only as I have just installed it. Filters are passive components, usually can't tell of their long term quality or reliability unless they leak or cause immediate problems. I recommend this part.
